Corruption and mismanagement in Iran significantly worsened during the presidency of Hassan Rouhani. Now In 2020, the situation worsened considerably and is Iran as one of the most corrupt countries worldwide by clerical administration.
Now the Iranian regime faces horrendous problems: economic mismanagement, significantly increasing the virus spread by mismanagement of regime's leaders, high inflation, declining living standards, a growing gap (much of it fueled by pervasive corruption of regime) between a wealthy minority and vast impoverished majority, high rates of unemployment, inability to control the crisis and the serious problems in all fields of the administration. This implies deteriorating health capacity and a further drop in living standards for the majority of Iranians. While many Iranians are languishing under coronavirus spread and a mismanaged and floundering economy, the Iranian regime has attempted to shift the blame for its citizens’ distress to sanctions implemented by the United States. The reality, however, is that the Iranian administration has long been plagued by the regime’s endemic corruption, economic mismanagement, and reckless foreign policy. Now Iran faces a healthcare crisis due to government mismanagement and corruption. In this period medical shortages exist, the IRGC exacerbated the problem and profited from it. Surplus drugs and other medical equipment from humanitarian help of other countries are dumped on the black market by Revolutionary Guard, where they are sold to health groups and civilians at many times the price. Today the IRGC is at the forefront of corruption in Iran, the IRGC, empowered under Khamenei's leader, is at the forefront of corruption in Iran today.
Corruption and mismanagement in Iran significantly worsened during the presidency of Hassan Rouhani. Now In 2020, the situation worsened considerably and is Iran as one of the most corrupt countries worldwide by clerical administration. Ali Khamenei and his administration presided over unprecedented corruption scandals. And this mismanagement may even increase all these problems. In response to this mismanagement, we accuse the regime's leaders of financial corruption. Iran plagued by coronavirus spread, opacity, unaccountability, and corruption and mismanagement scandals across successive presidential administrations and branches of government.
Secretary-General Mohtadi, Remark to the press March 26, 2020
Not releasing the political prisoners by the Islamic Republic of Iran's regime in these critical and dangerous situations, indeed are condemnation them to execute. The violators of human rights in this radical regime are responsible for the life and health of these prisoners which the freedom is the equally undisputed right of them. The demand for the release of all political prisoners must be more prominent than ever before.
In this major crisis, which also has covered all across Iran, and this pandemic virus every single day killing those hundreds of persons. Revolutionary groups of Iranian society and all political activists, they shouldn't just focus on eradicating the Islamic Republic regime of Iran. Rather they must aware society of Iran regarding the incompetence of regime, secrecy policy, and deliberate politics on faced with this pandemic virus. A radical regime that has all the focus of weakening sanctions and making money by resorting to playing the victim rule on global! This regime should be infamous more than ever and authorized disclosures against them.
“Also Mohtadi warns the radical clerical regime appears incapable of undertaking fundamental reforms to prevent further situation deterioration by coronavirus spread.”
